Mid-Cities Mothers of Multiples (McMoms) was established in April of 1979. We ended the 2009-2010 club year with 89 members, including 78 sets of twins, 10 sets of triplets, 1 set of quadruplets, and 66 singletons.
McMoms is based in the 'mid-cities' area between Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas. A majority of our members live in the 'mid-cities' area, while the rest live in the encompassing DFW Metroplex. We invite all mothers of multiples living in the area to come visit us.
We are a non-profit, non-political, and non-discriminatory, research and educational organization whose goal is to support one another through shared experiences, educate the public, promote awareness of multiple births, and serve our community. The only requirement to join our club is to be a mother or guardian of multiple birth children.
We are one of the 38 clubs that represent Texas Mothers of Multiples (TMOM), and also a member of the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs, Inc.
